Usage Example
Used directly to cover Chauffeur AU point-to-point luxury transfers on a routine basis.
Social & Community Participation
Covers transport costs associated with participating in recreational activities, social groups, or daily outings. This enables you to stay connected with family and community.
Who Is Eligible
Available to participants who have funding allocated for community access and social integration supports.
Usage Example
Book a trip to attend cultural events, sports matches, family gatherings, or specialized day programs.
Capacity Building: Daily Activity
Designed for transport training and learning to use specialized travel solutions. This is aimed at boosting your personal independence and travel confidence over time.
Who Is Eligible
Part of the Capacity Building budget meant to support the development of life skills and personal self-reliance.
Usage Example
Coordinate rides with a companion or support worker to familiarize yourself with routes and travel patterns.
No Out-Of-Pocket Expenses
All rides requested through NDIS plan allocations are billed strictly within the NDIA price limit guidelines. We do not charge co-payments or out-of-pocket gap fees for funded trips, ensuring you receive fully supported travel that sits completely within your plan allocations.

Plan Managed Billing

If an independent financial administrator or Plan Manager coordinates your funding package, Chauffeur AU handles all invoice administration directly with them. You ride; we bill. Simple as that.
Billing Workflow Steps
Provide your Plan Manager's email and business name during registration.
We log each trip automatically in our system with GPS records.
A monthly consolidated tax invoice is emailed directly to your plan manager.
The manager processes payment directly to us from your allocated budget.

WWCC & Police Clearance
100% of our drivers undergo intensive vetting. This includes federal police history checks, ongoing commercial driver medical assessments, and Working With Children Checks (WWCC) in their respective states.
Disability Awareness Coaching
Our chauffeurs undergo professional coaching covering physical transfer protocols, sensory sensitivity care, wheelchair assistance, and dignity-first communication. They are ready to assist with boarding and loading.
WAT Ramps & Secure Anchors
Our Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV/WAT) are certified to Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3856). Featuring low-angle hydraulic rear ramps, heavy-duty four-point floor anchors, and direct restraint harnesses.
Guardian Alerts & GPS
Every journey is tracked live via GPS by our control desk. Plan managers, support staff, or family members can receive immediate SMS alerts when a participant is picked up, in transit, and safely dropped off.
